INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups almond flour or meal
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 ounce dark chocolate, finely grated
- 2 strips of extra crispy bacon, broken into bits
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Grate chocolate over the dry mixture, add chocolate chips, and set aside.
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave (30 to 45 seconds), add the honey, and mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Drop spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes.
Makes 24 cookies, 105 calories each
